Shipping and Returns
Good question, We are constantly working on sourcing more products for our customers on the daily.
Unfortunately there is no telling when we will have enough stock again to put it up for sale.
We suggest you follow our page on instagram @nuphoria.ca and keep an eye out for updates
Yes! If your order has not began processing yet please reach out to Help@nuphora.ca within 5-8 hours of placing your order include the order number and we’ll get you taken care of ASAP!
A Confirmation email is sent right after the order is placed!
If you cannot locate it, it may have ended up in your spam/junk folder
Orders take about 3-5 business days to be fully processed and shipped
If you placed an order on Monday, you can expect it to be shipped out on Friday, the tracking number to be sent the next day and the package to be delivered the following week
Please reach out to Help@nuphora.ca and include the order number and email address for your account if you’re emailing from a different email. Please include photos of the damage. We’ll get you taken care of!

Please reach out to Help@nuphora.ca as quickly as possible. Our shipping team does their best to fulfill orders within 3-5 Business days, but often the order is fulfilled within hours. Our Customer Service team is here to help you M-F between 5a-12pm (Eastern). If you’re wanting to cancel your order and it’s during our work-week, we will do everything we can to cancel your order. If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
We offer a 10 day returning period. If you are unhappy with a purchase you may request to return your items By e-mail at: Help@nuphora.ca To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition accompanied with its original tag. Once we receive and confirm the garments, we will issue a refund.

It's flattened due to shipping, it can be repuffed by punching on the jakcet for a few minutes.
You can also throw it into a dryer on the lowest heat setting with tennis balls for 10 minutes
We acquire all our coats directly from The North Face and their authorized dealers.

Duties and Taxes
We understand your concerns about duty fees and taxes.
We try our best to make sure those costs are dealt with beforehand so you are not hit with any surpise fees upon delivery.
In the rare case that you are hit with duty fees and always refund the customer the difference in which they paid!
